I'm going to change the format of these masterclasses somehow; up early and to bed late with the brain pedal to the metal all the way in between is exhausting for me. I'm not as young as I once was and can't do this two or three days in a row any more.
I drag my old PC in with the TV card to demonstrate to Audrey how all this works, and work well it does, too. We find some software to copy DVDs - ooh, you pirate you - and show her how to copy (home, of course) videos onto DVDs. It's a faff, I still think, and not ready for prime time yet. Give it a year or two when we've stopped arguing about DVD disc formats and it'll be there, though. Interesting technology.
A light lunch and then I'm off home for a nice lie-down, a nap, a kip and then the last Time Team of the season before bed. Exhausted.
