If you're a bloody immobilier, NO, you may not just 'Pop round' with a contract for me to sign just on the off-chance that one day you may have a client interested in Chateau Keyboard.
You can look at the website and then, if you turn up with a client, I'll sign your contract. Unless you're asking for more than 5% (FIVE BLOODY PERCENT! YOU'RE HAVING A LAUGH!) in which case, don't bother ringing at all.
And if you do manage to slip a contract mentioning 7% by me and then I ring you up to cancel, you may not hurl abuse at me. And then send me abusive e-mails. Listen, when I hang up on you in mid-sentence it's either because the house is on fire or because I don't like you. If you don't hear sirens, odds are I don't like you.
